Victorian Rep of the Year 2015 winners announced

The Australian Booksellers Association (ABA) has announced the winners of this year’s Victorian Rep of the Year Award.

The joint winners were Micheal Earp from Walker Books and Anthony Pizzinga from Penguin Random House. In 2014 Earp won the Victorian Rep of the Year Award and Pizzinga was runner-up by one vote.

The joint runners-up were Gavin Burbidge from Penguin Random House and Lisa Watkins from Allen & Unwin. Also shortlisted for the award were Mary Bailey from Hachette, Steve Lochran from Pan Macmillan, Maria Tsiakopoulos from Allen & Unwin, Jeremy Vine from Penguin Random House and Mandy Wildsmith from Hardie Grant.

As previously reported by Books+Publishing, Jane Kembrey from NewSouth Books won this year’s NSW Rep of the Year Award.
