Louis de Bernières to give MWF 2015 opening address

Louis de Bernières, author of Captain Corelli’s Mandolin (Vintage) and Red Dog (Vintage), will deliver the opening night address at the 2015 Melbourne Writers Festival (MWF), to be held on 20 August at the Melbourne Town Hall. The author’s visit to the festival will coincide with the release of his latest book The Dust That Falls from Dreams (Harvill Secker), which will be published in July. Tickets for the address will be available to purchase from Friday 24 July, when the full MWF program will be launched to the public.
