Amazon sells 180 Kindle ebooks for every 100 hardcovers

Amazon.com has released more sales figures for the Kindle ebook store, including the announcement that Kindle ebook sales now account for 180 sales to every 100 hardcover printed book sold by Amazon. Also, the rate of growth in the sales of Kindle ereaders has tripled in the few weeks since the price of the device was cut.
