UK fair trading office won't investigate WHSmith/Penguin travel book deal

The UK's Office of Fair Trading has decided not to pursue an investigation into WHSmith's deal with Penguin to only stock Penguin travel guides at its airport stores, despite finding that the complaints from authors of other travel books 'held a substantive view'.
