Google Book Search 'all about the orphans'

Numerous commentators in the copyright and legal worlds are warning that the greatest potential impact of the Google Book Search settlement will be on so-called 'orphan works', and a lawyer in the US has lodged an amicus curiae brief with the court to ensure it considers this.
