The most litigated short story ever?

A short story by pulp writer Cornell Woolrich that was the basis for Hitchcock's film Rear Window and which was subsequently the subject of a long-running court battle that ran until 1990, is again in the news over accusations that Steven Spielberg plagiarised it to create his film Disturbia.
