EU drops anti-trust case but continues to push for single European territory

The European Union's consumer watchdog the European Commission has dropped an anti-trust case against Apple, originally launched to try to force pricing parity for iTunes downloads between the UK and the rest of Europe. However the Commission still says it is ‘very much in favour' of copyright agreements that treat all of Europe as a single territory.
