Penguin ends audiobook deal over piracy concerns

Only a month after announcing the deal, Penguin has withdrawn its audiobook titles from online download service eMusic, citing piracy concerns. eMusic is setting itself up as a competitor to Apple's iTunes, but unlike Apple, all content on eMusic is in MP3 format without Digital Right Management (DRM) controls.
