Court won't reopen Pooh lawsuit

A California appeals court has declined to reinstate a long-running case against Disney over a royalties dispute concerning A A Milne's Winnie the Pooh character. Pati Slesinger, who believes that her family has been short-changed of up to US$2 billion by Disney, has vowed to take the case to the US Supreme Court.
