IPA expresses concerns about UN defamation resolution

The International Publishers Association (IPA) has written to the United Nations Human Rights Council expressing concerns about a new reolution on defamation.

The IPA says that the 'core of a fundamental human right ... of freedom of expression and freedom to publish' is attacked by the resolution.
