Bestsellers this week

Fiction and health-related cookbooks are dominating this week’s bestseller charts, with six fiction titles and three health books in the top 10. The fiction list is led by The Liar (Nora Roberts, Hachette) in first spot overall and also this week’s fastest mover, with The Girl on the Train (Paula Hawkins, Doubleday) and Lone Star (Paullina Simons, HarperCollins) rounding out the top three. Going Paleo (Pete Evans & Nora T Gedgaudas, Plum) is the highest-placed health book in the top 10 in fifth spot, followed by this week’s highest new entry Super Green Smoothies (Sally Obermeder & Maha Koraiem, A&U) and That Sugar Book (Damon Gameau, Macmillan). Elsewhere in the charts, recent Stella Prize winner The Strays (Emily Bitto, Affirm Press) is one of this week’s fastest movers—Books+Publishing (source: Nielsen BookScan, week ending 25 April 2015)
