OPUS Group has announced that executive director Richard Celarc has been appointed to the newly created position of general manger of publishing. Celarc will take over the responsibilities of Alan Fahy who is stepping down as CEO of McPherson’s Printing Group (MPG) following the merger of OPUS and MPG. OPUS has also appointed Mike Angless to the London-based role of UK sales manager. (See
